Born and raised in the greater Sacramento Area, Arica truly understands what makes this region such a wonderful place to live. Arica has enjoyed a career in the real estate industry for 22 years, reaching success in both mortgage lending and residential real estate. Her enterprising mindset, coupled with her drive to help clients reach their goals of homeownership, has allowed her to become an award-winning mortgage professional receiving the Century Club Award in Mortgage Lending as well as top-producing real estate agent receiving Master Club honors her first year in the industry. Arica has an In-depth knowledge and understanding of the people, communities, and markets in the Northern California region. Her personal approach to real estate is based on relationships, not transactions. She works diligently to understand each client’s goals and to always exemplify trust, transparency, and integrity.
